Understandable outcomes
A person cannot challenge or safely act on an agent-supported outcome.
Requirement
Present the material basis, uncertainty, next step and review route at the level needed by the affected user or operator.
Expected evidence
- Outcome templates and explanation standard.
- Reviewed examples for different audiences and languages.
Proposed verification
- Ask representative users to locate basis, limits and review path.
- Compare the explanation with the evidence actually used.
Limit
An explanation may be understandable while the underlying decision remains poor.
