Scope and governance

The proposed assessment would verify the named use, accountable human role, exclusions and release boundary. It does not infer approval for adjacent uses.

Data and access

The proposed assessment would inspect tenant separation, source access and retention design. It would not establish that every future data flow is lawful or safe.

Action controls and supervision

The proposed assessment would test that output stays a draft and that a person retains final authority. It is not a judgement on the quality of each human decision.

Operations and evidence

The proposed assessment would inspect versioned configuration, traces and review triggers. It does not predict reliability after an unreviewed change.

Open findings and remediation

The illustrative cases cover a few direct instruction patterns, not multilingual, indirect or long-context variants.

Residual risk statement

Retrieved documents can still contain misleading or incomplete information; citations help review but do not make content correct.
A human reviewer can miss an error or approve an unsuitable draft.
Unknown model behaviour, source changes and integration defects remain possible outside the bounded examples.

Trace integrity

A tamper-evident trail needs provenance, protected signing or trusted checkpoints, and controlled access to the event pipeline. Even then, it shows what was recorded; it does not by itself prove that the assistant behaved correctly, that every event was captured, or that a human decision was sound.

Review independence

This demonstration assumes a separation between the person preparing evidence and the person judging it. No reviewer, issuer or operating organisation is represented, and no independence claim is made for a real engagement.

Proposed review cadence

This is a teaching artefact, not a safety score, certificate, audit result, actuarial opinion, insurance approval or coverage statement. It illustrates how limitations remain visible beside evidence.
