What we process today
The content pages work without an account. If you use the inquiry form, we process the data you enter (contact details, organisation, agent description) to respond to your request. Do not send patient records, financial documents, secrets or production logs: a first review does not need them.

Purposes, data categories, retention, security measures and your rights are summarised here and will be detailed before full operational launch. Processors, processing locations and retention periods will be named once verified. No marketing signup is tied to an assessment inquiry.

Swiss data-protection law applies to AI-supported processing of personal data. Lawful processing depends on the concrete purpose, role and circumstances — consent is not presented as universally required. Cross-border transfers can be possible with the safeguards each destination and transfer requires.
