Intended use and exclusions
Users rely on the agent for tasks or populations it was never evaluated to handle.
Requirement
State users, decisions, channels, data, actions and explicit exclusions in language that operations can enforce.
Expected evidence
- Approved use statement and user journey.
- Visible warnings, routing rules and blocked-use configuration.
Proposed verification
- Test one allowed and two excluded scenarios.
- Trace how an excluded request reaches a person or is refused.
Limit
The assessment cannot prevent undocumented use outside the observed environment.
